我被MOOD非法拘禁的日子 The Days I Was Illegally Detained by MOOD Pictures (1)

This novel is now restarted in memory of the 10th anniversary of the search in the studio of MOOD Pictures by Hungarian Police in 2010. The English Version is not a verbatim translation.

或许你们还记得，2016年的时候，我曾经和MOOD有过几个月的合作。当时合作的一个成果是请MOOD制片人唐佩卓给中国同好写了一封信，然后我把这封信翻译成中文，并且按照他的要求，非常蠢地又用繁体字写了一遍。这个简繁对照的信现在还挂在MOOD官网上，用中国IP访问网站，就会自动显示。

Perhaps you may remember the months I cooperated with MOOD Pictures in 2016. One of the fruits was a letter that Don Pedro wrote for the spanking enthusiasts in China. I translated the letter into simplified Chinese, and then transliterated it into traditional Chinese according to his request, which I personally thought stupid. Once you visit their website via a Chinese IP address, the comparing text is still automatically displayed (or you may click here).

那次合作最后不了了之了，原因我一直都没和你们说，现在过去那么久，就当讲个故事吧，你们听听也好。MOOD这几年没有多少新片子并非无故，他们这样迟早会出事。其实已经出事了，2010年那次事件不是偶然，我自己就是一个惨痛的、血淋淋的例子。

Inconclusively  that cooperation was finally ended, for a reason that I told no one. However, an impulse comes to me, urging me to write down all, for you, to be read not as an accusation but a story. It is not without reasons that less and less films were released. They will get into trouble in the way further. Actually they did. Things in 2010 was not a coincidence, while I myself was another case, cruel and literally bloody.

我们都知道MOOD的收入来源其实挺多的，不光卖片子，还有付费参观他们的拍摄工作室。他们对于中国市场的想法很简单，参观什么的不现实了，就是卖片子。但MOOD属于典型的树大招风体质，新片一出来马上就会有盗版。按照勤劳勇敢的我国人民的消费习惯，根本不存在付费买片的可能，后来唐老板和我抱怨，说费了好大劲，销售额为零。

We know that MOOD has many sources of income, not only the sale of films, but paid visiting as well, and so on. Nonetheless they had a very simple strategy on the Chinese market — selling films. Yet their precious products were always followed tightly by the seeds and cloud disk links, not to mention the fact that payment habit of non-physical products in China was to be cultivated. Later Don Pedro complained to me about how hard he tried and the zero sale he made, as I expected.

这个本在预料之中，所以我和他们提议，要不你们授权国内商家生产一些藤条和纪念品，或者干脆把你们拍摄用的藤条出口到中国来卖，这个保证能卖出去，你们也不用生产什么，直接在官网挂个授权声明，顶多寄一些快递，就等着比特币分成吧。他们还是不愿意。这个事情就放下了。

Thus I advised him that they could authorized the domestic factories in China to produce canes and souvenirs in the name of MOOD, or could just sell the canes they used for casting — all they need to do, is to display a statement in their official website, and to receive the profit sharing through Bitcoin. He rejected.

但我和MOOD的事情还没完。唐老板问我，之前说好的来拍片，何时能成行？这确是我一大心愿，毕竟MOOD陪伴我渡过了一段黑暗时光，那时候的事，我在《流放者的安魂曲》里另说。总之我是很想去拍几场电影的，而且还约了一位美国亚裔姑娘Grace同行，她也是MOOD铁粉。

But things were not over then. Don questioned me about the date I could come for casting. It was one big will of me to participate, for the sake of the dark days in which MOOD accompanied me. That story is to be written in the Requiem of an Exiled. And I did invite an American Chinese girl, Grace, to come with me. She was also a real fan of MOOD.

那时我们设想，可以和MOOD商量，开一个Asian Torture系列，我们可以再找几个人一起拍。我和唐佩卓说了这个想法，他表示要看拍摄效果。想来也是，毕竟我们可是连Casting都没拍过的，直接让我们上正片，已是很大的信任了。

We then planned to create a new series called Asian Tortures, finding more asian enthusiasts to star. I told Don and he said he would need to see a sample. That was understandable since we have not shown the ability of acting, not even in MOOD Castings.

可惜好事多磨，先是Grace身体抱恙，后来又排不开时间，我这边也出了些状况，这事同样耽搁下了，弄得唐佩卓有些不高兴。我征得Grace同意，和唐佩卓说，恐怕Grace没法和我同去了，她同时联系着好几个剧组，如果去匈牙利没时间，可能考虑就近找Dallas拍一场，再往后就要等明年了；我这里则是因为其他事情，日程一直没定下来，导致不好安排时间，毕竟不是飞去飞回那么简单，万一打得我需要卧床怎么办，时间不能排太紧。

Anyway, good things need patience. Shortly before we made a decision, Grace was not feeling good in her body, while I was experiencing something, making our plan delayed and Don rather unhappy. After discussing with Grace, I told Don that she was not coming and could possibly contact with Dallas Spank Hard if long distance traveling was out of choice; maybe next year she would come; as for me, I delayed for other reasons and was not confident with an intensive schedule, considering the planned blooding and pain.
